Craig Cullinan, Bill Phillips, Pete Heckert, Eric Charles
Ocean Thunder was formed in the early nineties. After being involved with Pete and Bill in the Thrash Metal Band Hauntz, and after playing with Bill and Craig in an earlier incarnation of Animation, Eric formed Ocean Thunder as a sort of compromise somewhere between Progressive Rock and Hard Metal.
